Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy A cancellation fee will be charged based on the timing of cancellation: cancellations up to 30 days before departure will incur a fee of 100,000 KRW plus 10% of the travel cost; cancellations 29 to 21 days before departure will incur 100,000 KRW plus 20% of the travel cost; cancellations 20 to 15 days before departure will incur 100,000 KRW plus 40% of the travel cost; cancellations 14 to 7 days before departure will incur 100,000 KRW plus 60% of the travel cost; cancellations 6 to 2 days before departure will incur 100,000 KRW plus 80% of the travel cost; and cancellations made 1 day before or on the day of departure will incur 100,000 KRW plus 100% of the travel cost. Due to the specific nature of hospital bookings and similar situations, this policy applies. Cancellation requests are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays), and those received outside of business hours will be considered as received on the next business day. Cancellation fees are calculated based on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. For example, if a cancellation request is received after business hours on Friday for a booking departing on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, it will be considered a same-day cancellation.
