Article 1 : Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the collaboration between MEDIBOOK, a platform specializing in arranging medical procedures at certified hospitals in Korea for international users, and the Influencer, who agrees to promote MEDIBOOK’s services. In addition to facilitating hospital reservations for medical procedures, MEDIBOOK also offers wellness tours and other tourism packages, enhancing the overall experience for international visitors. The MEDIBOOK Influencer Program is also referred to as the MEDIBOOK Marketing Partner Program, and both terms are used interchangeably.

Article 2 : Collaboration Overview

1. By participating in this program, the Influencer agrees to:

2. Promote awareness of MEDIBOOK among international audiences.

3. Drive bookings for Korean medical services via the MEDIBOOK platform.

4. Facilitate a seamless Korean medical tourism experience, including hospital appointments, wellness tours, and travel arrangements.

Article 3 : Influencer Responsibilities

The Influencer shall:

1. Promote MEDIBOOK’s services through social media channels and other platforms.

2. Share a personalized referral code with their audience.

3. Encourage potential users to book procedures using their unique referral code.

Article 4 : MEDIBOOK Responsibilities

MEDIBOOK shall:

1. Provide relevant information and promotional materials for influencer use.

2. Assign a unique referral code to the Influencer.

3. Track all bookings made using the referral code.

Article 5 : Incentive Structure

1. Referral Commission: Influencers will earn a minimum of 5% of the total amount paid by users for procedures booked through MEDIBOOK using their referral code. Higher commission rates may be offered based on performance tiers.

2. Additional Bonuses: MEDIBOOK may offer performance-based bonuses depending on the number of successful bookings.

Article 6 : Booking Process

1. Users book medical procedures or wellness tours via the MEDIBOOK platform.

2. Users enter the Influencer’s referral code during the booking process.

3. Upon completion of the procedure and payment, the Influencer’s commission is calculated and disbursed.

Article 7 : Payment Terms

1. Commission payouts will be disbursed 30 days after the end of the following month in which the commission is accrued.

2. Commission accrues when a user completes a medical procedure, wellness tour, or other booked service and payment using the Influencer’s referral code.

3. Payments will be processed in USD. If payments are made in another currency, any applicable currency exchange fees will be deducted before disbursement.

4. Processing time for payments may take up to a maximum of 60 days.

5. Payments will be made via the method agreed upon between MEDIBOOK and the Influencer.

Article 8 : Contract Duration and Termination

1. This Agreement is valid for one year from the signing date and may be renewed upon mutual agreement.

2. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

3. If terminated, MEDIBOOK will pay any outstanding commissions earned up to the termination date.

Article 9 : Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the terms of this Agreement and any sensitive information shared between them.

Article 10 : Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved under South Korean jurisdiction.

Article 11 : Acceptance of Terms

​By participating in the MEDIBOOK Influencer Program (also known as the MEDIBOOK Marketing Partner Program), the Influencer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Supplementary Provisions

1. This Agreement shall be effective from [2025. 01. 01].
